The development of Sun Life’s Campbell Heights Industrial Park in Surrey’s established industrial node in Campbell Heights features high-quality new generation industrial facilities of mid-bay sizing, with the potential to convert to a single large distribution center type use if an appropriate opportunity arises. The design and construction anticipate the evolving requirements of Surrey and the greater metro Vancouver industrial and logistics tenants and ongoing shifts in the overall competitive landscape. The site layout and building design are enduring, reliable, productive, sustainable, and efficient for tenants.

With two buildings at 360,000 SF, the state-of-the-art industrial project offers 79 doors, 10 grade doors, 32′ clear ceilings, and 180′ truck court. The project is designed and constructed to be functional and flexible enough to accommodate a wide variety of uses and requirements. Working with Introba (previously Integral) sustainability consultants, this project achieved LEED Certification.
