Robar Industries Tenant Improvement

TKA+D was engaged to oversee the interior design project for Robar Industries’ new corporate office. Located within the Parallel 32 Industrial Park, this tenant improvement project aimed to reconfigure and amalgamate three separate units to create a unified office and manufacturing space for Robar Industries Ltd., a company specializing in the production of couplings for the water and wastewater sectors. Notably, this transition marked a significant move for Robar Industries, as they transitioned from their long-standing, previously occupied facility to this brand-new location.

The office area spans across two levels, constituting approximately 10% of the total floor area. Most of the available space is dedicated to manufacturing, encompassing an extensive inventory of more than 200 pieces of equipment. This manufacturing area is equipped with essential features such as an epoxy oven, a spray booth, a custom-designed passivation station, a press room, a rubber room, and a dedicated racking area for the storage of both raw materials and finished products.

Our design team worked in close collaboration with the client and a team of consultants to strategically plan and implement the relocation and arrangement of the existing manufacturing equipment in this new facility.
