Riverworks – 1568 W75

Riverworks is the second stacked-industrial with office development TKA+D developed for Conwest following the very successful, innovative Ironworks completed back in 2018. The general form of Riverworks consists of two primary buildings: a 4-storey complete with a roof-top amenity building parallel to the Fraser River to the south and a 2-storey building parallel to West 75th to the north. Grade level and the level above of both buildings are flexible wholesale use, each with a dedicated grade loading door off a common loading mews between the buildings as well as provision for a dedicated materials lift. Levels 3 and 4 of the south building provide office spaces with views overlooking the river. Levels 2, 3 and 4 of the south building are wrapped with generous exterior circulation and balconies suspended from the roof and maximize views of the river whilst also providing sun-shading where needed.
