Completed in 2021, River Road North stands as one of the latest pioneering distribution centres within Delta. Positioned strategically in a prime logistics locale, the River Road North distribution centre is located in Tilbury, Delta – an immensely sought-after hub for logistics – boasting convenient accessibility and prominent visibility along Highway 17. Its design, surpassing current market standards, boasts 36-foot high ceilings, a secure loading court spanning 185 feet, complete with a separate drive-aisle/staging area, in addition to both dock and grade loading doors.

Situated on a sprawling 21-acre plot to the north of Burns Bog, set against the industrial waterfront of the Fraser River, this development accommodates an innovative solar array system adorning its rooftop. Collaborating closely with the tenant, Lululemon, WesGroup dedicated 2.5 months to install the most substantial solar power endeavour ever erected in British Columbia. With a substantial capacity of 1.2 megawatts, this solar panel arrangement generates sufficient electricity to supply the energy needs equivalent to approximately 100 households.
