Clement Powerhouse

TKA+D was commissioned by PC Urban to design this urban commercial/ industrial development in Kelowna, BC. Located at the corner of Clement & Richter, Powerhouse is an innovative flex commercial strata space. Powerhouse offers twenty flex commercial strata units from 1960 to 2474 sf where built-in mezzanines 20-22’ clear ceiling heights and 10’x10’ glass overhead floors are standard. Thirteen strata office units from 949 to 1462 sf with private entrances from an exterior walkway, which features an open roof deck and opportunity for urban planting.
