1031-1045 Ridgewood

This project was designed and developed as part of the newly adopted Edgemont Village Town Centre Plan in North Vancouver. The project consists of 25 3 level townhomes incorporated in 5 buildings over an underground parkade. While continuing the tradition of modern architecture in North Vancouver, the architectural form and Character of this project has evolved from a desire to create a positive contribution to the evolving urban streetscape envisioned by the Edgemont plan. Each of the 5 buildings has it’s own clearly identifiable language and detailing while maintaining a sense of being part of a family of architectural elements. The colour pallet of each building alternates from light to dark to emphasise a rich and varied street scape.
