Craig Taylor to Present at PIBC 2025 Annual Conference on Industrial Innovation
We are pleased to announce that Craig Taylor, Founder and President of TKA+D Architecture + Design, will be a featured presenter at the upcoming Planning Institute of British Columbia (PIBC) 2025 Annual Conference – Next Chapter, taking place June 10–13, 2025, at the Sheraton Vancouver Wall Centre in downtown Vancouver.
Craig will be joining a panel of experts for Session CS-05: Industrial Lands Innovation and Intensification Trends on Wednesday, June 11, from 10:45 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. PT in Junior Ballroom D, North Tower. This session, generously supported by TRUE Consulting, will explore how modern industrial and employment lands play a vital role in shaping resilient and economically vibrant cities.
As cities strive to balance livability with economic productivity, this session will highlight:
- The evolving nature of industrial land uses
- Innovative and intensified building forms
- Key development and policy trends
- Measures of industrial and employment land activity
Craig will share insights drawn from TKA+D’s experience in industrial design and planning, particularly around how these spaces can better integrate with the urban environment to support both economic growth and community well-being.
