Elevate

Located on the corner of King Edward and United Boulevard, Elevate is a speculative multi-storey of stacked industrial and office space. The large double volume industrial bay units located on the ground floor, comprise of an area totaling 101,000 sf. The prime office space overlooking United Boulevard and King Edward Street features a welcoming main pedestrian entrance and a double volume space of 10,000 sf. Visual connections and external views are permitted by the full height glazing towards the road facades.

The upper level comprises of smaller units perfectly sized for wholesale or light-industrial users. These units each include office space on the upper mezzanine level overlooking the work area. Vehicles up to 30 feet long can access the upper level by means of a vehicular ramp located on the south side.

Local artists' work will be incorporated in two ways – first, with the landscaping, making an embracing and interactive transition from the street to the building. Secondly, the south elevation will dedicate approximately 2000 sf for a painted mural.
