Pacific Link Business Park – Lot 11

Anchoring the northern gateway to Surrey’s Pacific Link Business Park, this 77,500sf logistics and distribution warehouse sits prominently overlooking the Fraser River with views to the Pattulo Bridge and New Westminster to the north, and with direct access to regional destinations west and east via the South Fraser Perimeter Highway.

Constructed in tilt-up concrete, glass and steel, the warehouse is served by 42 receiving and distribution bays on the south and west elevations, while the north elevation is opened to generous daylighting and views across the river.

The northern warehouse frontage enjoys significant visual exposure to the highway, and is treated by a series of glazing elements and contrasting vertical accent panels, effectively reducing the scale of the elevation in a sensitive response to the neighbourhood context.

To the east, a 2 storey glass office block cantilevers delicately over the main entrance, providing an inviting and transparent public address to the building. Further to the south, an array of concrete pylons on the eastern elevation extend beyond the building footprint, immersing the rhythm of the building into the landscape, separating and visually screening the public street from the busy loading yard.

The building maintains and reinforces the clear and modern expression and the calibre of excellence established by earlier projects throughout this innovative business park.
