CapU Residences – 1310 Monashee Drive

Located at the northeastern edge of campus, The Residences at CapU aims to provide much needed rental housing in close proximity to Capilano University, and to enhance the existing food services on campus by providing commercial spaces geared towards small restaurants and cafés. The site connects to existing pedestrian and cyclist networks, as well as to transit via the Northern Transit Exchange, which is directly across Monashee Drive.

Composed of two six-storey buildings, this development is centered around a generously landscaped greenspace and will provide 315 rental units, with a mix of lofts, studios, and one-, two-, and three-bedroom suites to meet the varying needs of students, staff and faculty.
