Ironworks is a winner of 2023 ULI Americas Awards for Excellence

We are delighted to announce Ironworks as one of 10 winners at this year’s 2023 ULI Americas Awards for Excellence, one of the most prestigious awards programs in the real estate industry. This year’s 20 finalists include 19 developments in the United States and one in Canada. The winners of the ULI Americas Awards for Excellence become finalists for the 2023 ULI Global Awards for Excellence, competing against projects from the Europe and Asia Pacific regions.

Ironworks is Canada’s first stacked mixed-use commercial industrial project. The buildings consist of 140,000 SF of light-industrial space, 70,000 SF of office space, and 100,000 SF of secure underground parking. Ironworks is now the home to over 30 high-tech, service-oriented, and professional businesses, including the building developer, Conwest Group’s office and our very own TKA+D office!
