Hand sanitizer is available at our reception desk and throughout our office spaces.
We kindly ask that masks are worn within the office
If you cough or sneeze, use a tissue or into your bended elbow and wash or sanitize your hands immediately afterwards
No shaking of hands, hugging, or touching.
We will not be accepting any food gifts at this time
All visitors must sign in and out.

This coronavirus (COVID-19) company policy is susceptible to changes with the introduction of additional governmental guidelines. If so, we will update you as soon as possible. Scope This coronavirus policy applies to all TKA+D employees who physically work in our office. All staff still working remotely must read through this action plan as well to ensure we collectively and uniformly respond to this challenge. Policy elements Here, we outline the required actions employees should take to protect themselves and their co-workers from a potential coronavirus infection.
Sick leave arrangements, daily checks & working from home: If you have cold symptoms, such as cough/sneezing/fever, or feel poorly, request sick leave or work from home.
If you have a positive COVID-19 diagnosis, you can return to the office only after youve fully recovered, with a doctors note confirming your recovery If youve been in close contact with someone infected by COVID-19, you must work from home.
If you need to provide care to a family member infected by COVID-19, communicate with management. Youll only be permitted to return to the office 14 calendar days after your family member has fully recovered, provided that youre asymptomatic or you have a doctors note confirming you dont have the virus.
Physical distancing, staff on site, occupancy loads and external parties 2 meters distance from others must be maintained at all times
Masks must be worn when away from desks around the office
We have instituted shift work and staggered desks to facilitate physical distancing in the office. Group A will work Mon-Wed & Group B Thu-Fri alternating fortnightly (max. 16 staff on any given day)
In-person meetings should be done virtually where possible or all external guests to the office must be by appointment only.
All guests entering the office must sign in & out

Increased cleaning/sanitization & general hygiene Wash/sanitize your hands upon entering office, after using the toilet, before eating, and if you cough/sneeze into your hands (follow the 20-second hand-washing rule poster)
Cough/sneeze into your sleeve, preferably into your elbow. If you use a tissue, discard it properly and clean/sanitize your hands immediately
Front entrance door will be held open during office hours to ensure open ventilation and reduce surface contact (rear entrance door is to remain locked and closed at all times unless exiting)
Avoid touching your face, particularly eyes, nose, and mouth with your hands
All common areas/surfaces (including work truck) to be sanitized before and immediately after touching when away from desk
Multiple sanitization stations have been set up throughout office and in work truck (please refer to floor plan)
Professional weekly cleaning will be arranged between group change over.
Food, kitchen & bins ALL communal kitchen space, appliances and supplies will be unavailable upon re-opening as a temporary measure. This is subject to change in due course
No food sharing, catered lunches or food gifts will be accepted at this time
Staff to either purchase food/beverages outside of office or BYO everything (including cups, eating utensils, containers, plates etc.)
Washing of dishes to be done outside of office. What you bring in must be taken home
Food and drinks must be consumed at your desk or marked seating at lunch table and outside patio area
Kitchen tap will be available for use for washing hands and drinking only
People to use desk bins only (paper and general waste). Organics (perishable) and recycling must be taken home.
