This new warehouse facility is located within Wesgroup’s PacificLink Business Park in Surrey BC. Taylor Kurtz was successful in addressing the complex relationship between the city’s planning requirements and the tenant’s operational needs. The result provides a highly functional facility with a refined architectural expression and a well considered interface with the developing urban context. Site conditions for this project will result in significant settlement over time necessitating a piled construction system. Taylor Kurtz and their project team were able to the address operational requirements and site conditions for present day use as well as ensuring long term functionality as changes occur over time.
